By accessing or using any part of the 11th Icon Assets platform, including the Stock Intelligence dashboard, Long-Term Portfolio engine, paper trading simulator, portfolio tracker, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered free-tier users, and paid subscribers.

The Platform provides rule-based algorithmic analysis tools. All content, including but not limited to:

• Stock scores (0–100)
• BUY / HOLD / SELL signals
• Price targets, buy-at levels, stop-loss levels
• Projected portfolio returns and gain estimates
• Win rate statistics and accuracy metrics
• Risk assessments and risk scores
• Long-term fundamental scores and ratings

…is generated by automated algorithms and is provided for informational purposes only. This content does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice regulated under applicable securities law.

The Platform displays projected returns, estimated portfolio gains, and scenario models (the "Projections"). These Projections are based on mathematical models with the following explicit assumptions:

• A 55% conservative win rate (for Stock Intelligence engine)
• 2:1 average reward-to-risk ratio based on ATR formulas
• Approximately 150 trading sessions per year
• Straight-line interpolation for long-term targets (not compound growth)
• A $10,000 sample portfolio with weighted rank-based allocation
• Zero slippage and zero commission costs

Historical win rates or accuracy statistics displayed on the Platform reflect past outcomes only. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.

By using the Platform, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that:

• Stock trading involves significant financial risk
• You can lose some or all of your invested capital
• Leveraged trading can result in losses exceeding your initial investment
• No algorithm or system can guarantee profits in financial markets
• Market conditions, liquidity, and execution quality vary and affect outcomes
• Tax obligations on investment gains are your sole responsibility
• Technical signals can fail during news events, earnings, and market crises

The Platform sources market data from third-party providers including Yahoo Finance and other public APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee:

• Real-time accuracy of prices, volumes, or technical indicators
• Continuous uptime of data feeds or the Platform itself
• Completeness or correctness of financial data for all covered securities
• Compatibility with all broker platforms or trading systems

Data delays, errors, or outages may occur. Users should always verify data independently before executing any trade.

The Stock Intelligence and Long-Term Portfolio engines are rule-based algorithmic systems. You acknowledge that these engines:

• Have not been backtested across all historical market cycles
• May underperform in bear markets, sideways markets, or during high-volatility regimes
• Do not account for individual stock liquidity beyond average volume metrics
• Cannot predict earnings surprises, geopolitical events, or regulatory changes
• Are subject to ongoing updates which may change scoring behaviour
• May produce signals that conflict with other analytical methodologies

Paid subscription plans (Pro, Elite) are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Recurring billing at the selected interval until cancellation
• Cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period
• Prorated credits applied when downgrading mid-cycle
• No refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law
• Price changes communicated with 30 days' notice via email

You may use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial investment research. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially license Platform content or data
• Scrape, automate, or extract data at scale via bots or scripts
• Represent Platform outputs as your own original financial research
• Use the Platform to manipulate markets or engage in securities fraud
• Share account credentials with other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithms

All content on the Platform, including scoring algorithms, user interface designs, methodology documents, and branding, is the intellectual property of 11th Icon Assets. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 11th Icon Assets and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from use of Platform recommendations
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Losses arising from data inaccuracies, system downtime, or algorithm errors

We collect email addresses and usage data for account management and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Email communications are limited to platform alerts, briefings, and service updates as configured by the user.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and displayed prominently in the Platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal Canadian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
